The Clerk will open the meeting and request a nomination and proposal for a Chairman

2 Declaration of interest
3 Co-option considerations and proposal for four new members
4 Co-opted members to sign Declaration of Acceptance of Office
5 Confirmation of next meeting Tuesday 7 January 7:00 pm
St Mary Hoo residents Christmas Social
When the meeting has closed there will be time for a social gathering where residents will be able to meet their new Parish Councillors. Cheese, wine and sandwiches will be available.
This will be the last Parish Council meeting before the Christmas period and the perfect chance for residents to meet and discuss the future of St Mary Hoo.
